Nigro Construction To Break Ground on “Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott”, Expanding Hospitality in North Las Vegas
Nigro Construction is set to break ground on the “Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott” at N Lamb and Nexus Way, a new four-story hotel in North Las Vegas that will further elevate the region’s rapidly expanding hospitality sector. The groundbreaking ceremony will take place on June 4, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. The 60,973-square-foot hotel is scheduled for completion in September 2026.
