Founded by Edward M. Nigro, the company was built on a commitment to craftsmanship, client satisfaction, and community impact. Today, as a thriving second-generation firm, Nigro Construction continues to uphold and expand that legacy.

Brothers Todd and Michael Nigro, having learned the industry from the ground up alongside their father, now serve as principals of the company. Their leadership reflects a deep understanding of construction, real estate development, and long-term investment strategy. They bring a forward-thinking perspective to every project while preserving the core values that defined the company’s inception: service, quality, and integrity.

Michael Nigro

President of Nigro Construction, Inc.

With over 35 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry and more than 25 years as President of Nigro Construction, Michael plays a pivotal role in guiding the company’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations. As a second-generation leader in this family-owned and operated business, he is deeply committed to upholding the values of integrity, craftsmanship, and personalized service that have defined the company since its founding. Michael is actively involved in every stage of the process—from procurement and project planning to execution—ensuring that each build reflects the company’s legacy of quality and trust. Michael enjoys to surf in his free time as well as spend time with his family.

Todd Nigro

Chief Financial Officer of Nigro Construction, Inc.

For over 30 years, Todd has overseen all financial and business operations at Nigro Construction, playing a key role in shaping the company's growth and stability. As President of Nigro Development LLC, he leads the development, management, marketing, and leasing of projects owned and built by both Nigro Development and Nigro Construction. His comprehensive oversight ensures that each project aligns with the company’s strategic vision while maintaining the high standards of quality and service that define this family-owned and operated enterprise. Todd loves to volunteer for his community and travel with his family.

Charles Hansen

Vice President of Commercial Construction at Nigro Construction, Inc.

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Charles brings deep expertise in permitting, building code compliance, project management, and on-site supervision. As a key leader in field operations, he is responsible for ensuring that every project upholds Nigro Construction’s core commitment to delivering quality work—on time and within budget. Charles also oversees field personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and precision that reflects the values of Nigro Construction. In his free time, Charles enjoys training his dogs for championship competitions.

Joel Scott

Senior Project Manager and Estimator of Nigro Construction Services, LLC

David oversees all operations related to construction, reconstruction, construction defect, and maintenance projects. With over 35 years of experience in every phase of construction-30 of those with the Nigro Companies-David’s journey from supervisor to president and partner is a testament to his dedication and expertise. He is highly skilled in commercial and residential construction, land development, construction defect services, and repairs. Over his career, David has developed more than 2,500 homes, including custom design-build and remodel projects, as well as over 3 million square feet of commercial space, encompassing medical facilities, hotels, taverns, design-builds, and tenant improvements. His extensive experience provides a unique perspective on construction services, enabling him to effectively analyze system failures and implement preventative measures. Daniel has been with Nigro Construction Services for over 15 years and brings more than 20 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, reconstruction, and construction defect repairs. He oversees all daily H.O.A. activities, including scheduling reconstruction, maintenance, repairs, construction defect work, and testing. Daniel manages five in-house subcontracting companies and a team of over 25 employees, ensuring quality control and budget management. Alongside the Nigro team, he has contributed to over 150 H.O.A. properties across the Las Vegas valley and continues to support their needs. Joel brings 20 years of experience in residential and commercial construction management, with a specialization in high-end luxury remodels, multi-family and condo tower H.O.A. improvements, fire and flood restoration, construction defect investigations, litigation and settlement repairs. His background also includes expertise in home building, as well as construction projects for small hotels, restaurants, and medical facilities. Joel holds a degree in Construction Management from California State University Sacramento and an Associate of Communications from Sierra College in Rocklin, California. His certifications include OSHA 10/30 Supervisor of Safety Certification, Nevada Residential Structural Inspection Certification, and a Customer Experience Certification from UNLV in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Cory Frank

Vice President of Business Development & Project Management at Nigro Construction, Inc.

Cory Frank is the Vice President of Business Development and Project Management at Nigro Construction, Inc., where he oversees the company’s daily operations including design, development, cost analysis, and employee development. With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Cory has contributed to all areas of the business—from field operations and permitting to preconstruction and federal contracting. He has managed complex projects for the Department of Defense, Department of Agriculture, and various state and local agencies. Cory is also a devoted member of his community and enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Danae, and their two sons.
