Nigro Development started in the Las Vegas Valley over 30 years ago and has been developing quality retail, commercial and residential properties since. Established by Edward M. Nigro, the firm has proven its success as a second-generation company dedicated to creating superior environments, each with its own distinct character. Having grown up in the building industry, learning the business hands-on at their father’s side, Todd and Michael Nigro now bring their expertise to the forefront as principals of the firm. They continue the legacy of commitment to superior customer service and architecturally advanced design standards upon which the company was founded on.

Each endeavor is coordinated through talented project managers to ensure solid and effective communication. Nigro Development and its affiliates’ primary focus is the development of premier mixed-use, commercial master plans which include retail, “flex” office, and professional/medical centers for various clients and investment companies. The company’s experience in developing this project mix enables it to meet and exceed the demands of even the most complex assignments. President

With 35+ years of construction experience and 20 years as president of the company, Michael is involved in all aspects of operations, procurement, and implementation of the company.

Todd Nigro

Chief Financial Officer

For 30+ years, Todd has been responsible for all financial and business activities for the company. He also fills the role of President of Nigro Development LLC and is responsible for the development, management, marketing and leasing of the projects owned and built by Nigro Development and Nigro Construction, respectively.

Charles Hansen

Vice President of Commercial Construction

Being in the construction industry for 25+ years, Charles has extensive experience in permitting, building code compliance, project management and site supervision. He is also responsible for ensuring all field personnel are delivering on the company’s commitment to being on time and within budget.

Dave Coons

Vice President of Reconstruction

Dave has over 35 years of experience as a Supervisor, General Superintendent, Project Manager and Director of Construction Operations 27 of those years have been with the Nigro companies.

Cory Frank

Vice President of Business Development & Project Management

Cory brings more than a decade of industry experience touching on all areas of the business from field operations, permitting and preconstruction, to federal contracting where he managed construction contracts for the Department of Defense, Department of Agriculture, and local state agencies.
