Nigro Construction completed tenant improvement work on Surgeon’s Surgery Center in March. The outpatient facility, located at 6940 S Cimarron Rd,  is a one-story, 11,688-square-foot surgical care center with four operating rooms, procedure rooms, reception area, pre- and post-operative areas, as well as decontamination and clean processing work areas.
