Nigro Construction Celebrates Completion of NSU Health Nevada Regional Campus in Henderson

Nigro Construction is proud to celebrate the completion of the new Nova Southeastern University (NSU) Health Nevada Regional Campus in Henderson, Nevada. The project reached an exciting milestone with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by university leadership, elected officials, project partners, and members of the local community.

As the general contractor, Nigro Construction transformed approximately 16,500 square feet into a modern healthcare education facility designed to support both today's students and the future of medical training in Southern Nevada.

Located at 876 Seven Hills Drive, the new campus will welcome its inaugural class of students this summer through NSU's nationally recognized Anesthesiologist Assistant (AA) Program, a 27-month curriculum that helps prepare highly skilled healthcare professionals. The campus has also been designed with future growth in mind, creating space for additional healthcare education programs, including respiratory therapy and other specialized training opportunities.

To provide students with hands-on learning experiences, the facility features advanced simulation laboratories with high-fidelity patient simulators, fully equipped operating room environments, collaborative classrooms, student gathering spaces, faculty offices, and technology-enhanced instructional areas that closely mirror real-world healthcare settings.

Delivering a project of this caliber required thoughtful planning, close collaboration, and an accelerated construction schedule. Throughout the build, Nigro Construction worked alongside the project team to create a flexible learning environment that can evolve alongside advances in healthcare education and workforce demands.

The NSU Health Nevada Regional Campus is another example of Nigro Construction's ongoing commitment to building facilities that strengthen Southern Nevada's communities. By creating spaces dedicated to education, workforce development, and innovation, the company continues to invest in projects that will have a lasting impact for generations to come.

This project also joins Nigro Construction's growing portfolio of educational facilities across the Las Vegas Valley, including the soon-to-be-completed Hooks Family Innovation & Technology Center at Faith Lutheran High School. Together, these projects reflect the company's dedication to delivering exceptional spaces that inspire learning, support workforce development, and help shape the future of Southern Nevada.
